Mari Paraíba, full name Mariana Costa Paraíba, is a Brazilian professional volleyball player. She was born on May 26, 1988, in João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil. Mari Paraíba started playing volleyball at a very young age and quickly rose up the ranks as she demonstrated her skills on the court.
Mari Paraíba's professional career started in 2005 when she began playing for her home state's team, Paraíba. She then moved on to play for other clubs in Brazil such as Macaé Sports, Vôlei Futuro, Praia Clube, and Sesi. She has also played for various international teams such as Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyespor in Turkey, Suwon Hyundai Engineering & Construction Hillstate in South Korea, and Universitatea Cluj in Romania.
